IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Appeals

of the Village of Rockville Centre will hold a

Zoning Appeals Hearing at the Eugene J. Murray Village Hall

1 College Place, Rockville Centre at 7:30 p.m.

Case No. 08-2018 – Brett O’Reilly – To subdivide property into six lots, two of which have proposed required frontage on Hempstead Avenue and four of which have proposed frontage on “Killarney Lane”, a private road in a “Residence A District.”

Per section 340-2 the term “Street” refers to a Public street or road.”

(A private street proposed to be dedicated to the Village is not a Public street or road” until such time, if any, as the Village accepts an offer of dedication.)
