Please be aware that an individual calling from a telephone number with a (631) area code is seeking to collect money for unpaid electric bills from Rockville Centre residents and businesses.

These phone calls are a FRAUD. Please do not make arrangements to give any money or any information to the individual placing this call.

If you receive one of these telephone calls, please report it immediately to the Rockville Centre Police Department at (516) 766-1500.
