The Village of Rockville Centre Temporarily Waives "Maintain Fee"

The Village of Rockville Centre Mayor and Board of Trustees announced the temporary suspension of fees imposed on residential and commercial properties seeking to legalize building conditions for which they have no permits. The residential "maintain fee," normally $1,190 and $2,500.00 for commercial properties will be waived until May 2, 2016 to encourage residential and commercial property owners to legalize construction and to assure that all safety measures are met and in compliance with local and NYS codes.
