The Rockville Centre Building Department issues residential and
commercial construction permits, electrician and plumber
licenses, and certificates of occupancy and completion. The
department inspects licensed work, investigates complaints of
violations of the Village Code, and determines whether building
permit applications may be granted or if they must be directed
to the Planning Board for site plan review, special use permits,
or subdivision review or to the Zoning Board for variances. |
